Our Chamber is thrilled to have George Blair, Community Executive Officer with SAMLARC as a Board Member. George joined FirstService Residential in 2016 and oversees the SAMLARC team and partners with the Board of Directors to manage the day-to-day operations of the Master Homeowners Association, totaling 13,645 units.
His win-win approach enables and embodies SAMLARC’s Vision statement to use SAMLARC’s positive, reputable, and distinct identity as a means for homeowners to enhance, value, and support: well-maintained neighborhoods and park facilities; resident interaction through social, recreational, and community events and programs; visionary committees; and strong relationships and partnerships with the City of Rancho Santa Margarita to develop the broader community to its fullest extent.
George has volunteered at the last two Rancho Family Fests and has an outstanding working relationship with present and past Chamber members.
Born in Orange County, California, George has lived in the Rancho Santa Margarita area since 1988 and currently lives in Mission Viejo with his wife and two children. An avid sports fan, George enjoys time on the golf course and coaching whatever sports his boys are participating in.
